Churnor

Customer churn monitoring features

Bring customer activity and billing signals together, understand changing risk, and prioritize retention conversations.

Customer event ingestion

Send product activity from your backend through authenticated HTTP requests. Use a single event or a batch of up to 1,000 events.

Deterministic risk scoring

Calculate a 0–100 risk score from recency, activity frequency changes, subscription signals, and core feature usage. Scores use defined rules rather than a trained prediction model.

How scoring works

Human-readable explanations

Review the evidence behind a saved assessment and recommended actions in the customer detail view. Focus on observed changes when deciding how to reach out.

Understand customer signals

Billing data integrations

Receive supported subscription and payment events from Stripe, Paddle, and Dodo Payments through signed webhooks. Check delivery status in your environment.

CSV customer imports

Import an existing customer list and map columns in the dashboard. Use the same external customer identifiers when adding product events or billing data.

Customer timelines and risk history

Review customer activity and saved risk assessments alongside billing context. History comes from recorded assessments; it does not reconstruct scores from before those records existed.

Scoring follows the data you send

Incoming events and imports trigger assessments. Authorized dashboard reads refresh missing or older assessments. There is no background inactivity scan while the app is unused, and billing events do not count as product activity.
