Churnor
Understand the signals behind customer risk
A risk score is easier to review when you can see what changed. Churnor shows human-readable reasons and recorded evidence alongside customer activity.
Behavioral and subscription evidence
Review inactivity, declining activity frequency, stopped core feature usage, and subscription changes. Explanations describe recorded signals and comparison windows, rather than claiming to know a customer's intent.
Product activity and billing signals remain distinct. A payment webhook is billing context, not evidence that the customer used your product.
Recommended actions in the customer detail view
Actions are derived from the saved assessment. Cancellation, payment, and downgrade signals help prioritize what to investigate. Your team chooses the next retention conversation; Churnor does not automatically send outreach or Slack alerts.
Recorded history, with clear limits
Risk history is built from saved assessments. Churnor does not invent past scores for periods without records or claim that a recommended action retained an account.
Illustrative product screens on the homepage use explicitly labeled fictional sample data. They are examples of the interface, not customer case studies.
