Churnor accepts product events through its Events API, customer CSV imports, and supported Stripe, Paddle, and Dodo billing signals. It uses deterministic risk rules with saved explanations and recommended actions. A score is a review priority, not a calibrated probability of cancellation.
Your team handles outreach. Churnor does not automatically send retention messages, apply cancellation offers, or run payment recovery campaigns. Incoming data recalculates assessments, and authorized dashboard reads refresh missing or older scores.
